We work within agreed timelines and strive to deliver on schedule. However, if clients delay feedback or approvals, project timelines may shift accordingly. We always communicate such changes in advance.
5. Revisions & Feedback
Our services include a set number of revisions, as specified in your proposal. If you request additional changes, we may apply extra charges.
To keep the project on track, we recommend sharing feedback within 48–72 hours after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
After you make the final payment, you receive full rights to the finished deliverables.
However, we may feature your completed project in our portfolio or promotional content. Drafts and unused concepts remain our intellectual property.
7. Refund Policy
Because our services involve creative and custom work, we do not issue refunds once work starts. In rare cases, we may grant exceptions, but only if we agree in writing.
